Planetary micro mill PULVERISETTE 7

The planetary micro mill PULVERISETTE 7 premium line operates with two grinding bowls of sizes 20 ml, 45 ml or 80 ml, but no grinding bowl or balls are included with the standard delivery. To achieve the best grinding results, all premium line grinding bowls and balls are available in 7 different materials. This allows for direct prevention of contamination of the samples due to undesired abrasion. The grinding balls are offered in various sizes to ensure that the grinding can be optimally adapted to every single application.

Microwave Reactor Ertec MAGNUM II

Microwave reactor/ sample processor model Ertec 01-02 is devoted for synthesis and decomposition tasks ERTEC-Poland offers novel microwave reactors M 01 -02 which enables synthesis at either high or atmospheric pressures, depending on demand of the user. These instruments are excellent for chemical synthesis of inorganics as well as for preparation of organic compounds. The reactor module is a single stand instrument but it can be set up into a system of such. When in the system, every single instrument module can work independently from each other. Therefore the system can perform several synthesis applying different conditions at the same time. Teflon vessels of 110 ml/ 120 bar/ 330oC capacity enable synthesis of different quantities of the reagents in ultra pure conditions. Temperature and pressure measuring systems provide continuous monitoring of those parameters enabling the experiments to be carried out in well controlled conditions. Optional magnetic stirring enables keeping the reagents well homogenized. Unpulsed power regulation helps to avoid overheating of substrates. Efficient water cooling can take out the excess of the energy out of the reactor. One of the big advantages of the M 01-02 reactor is its easy conversion from closed (high pressure) to the open-mode operation. Thiscanbe done simply by using a special adapter for the open system. Each instrument can be governed by means of operator consoles or several (up to 6 units) can be controlled from a PC.
